6. The imported  LM guide rails with  linear motion bearings pair and ball screw can realize high precision and accurate location
7. The head rotation is automatically amd controlled by high precision Servo motors for various degrees . 
8. The double acting  clamping features with high precision and steadiness for proper gripping. 
9. The well-sealed safeguard of saw blade prevents the cutting bits from flowing everywhere. Provision to connect to Dust collection system is given which is optional. 
10. The cutting angle can change from - 22.5 degree to + 22.5 degree  .The head movement is controlled by CNC control .
11. The lenght is also controlled by servo motor and hence accuracy and repeatability is within +- 0.1 mm. 
12. Additional support is provided on moving head for better stability of profile lenghts . 
13. Delta Touch screen HMI is used which has customised in built software for various type of cutting lists. Highlights are incremental cut which means bigger lenghts than the machine lenght can be cut by means of software .
Progressive cutting program is inbuilt for short pieces mainly brackets and various hardware manufacturing. 
14. In built mist spray coolant system is given for mainly cutting alumnium profiles. It gives better finish and longer life for the Saw blade
