1.Tool magazine type design
Equipped with three sets of profile processing cutters to shorten tool change time and boost working efficiency; commonly used cutters can be fixed for long-term use.
Tool change mode: The tool rest rotates for tool changing and locking, with a tool change speed of only 3 seconds.
2.Hand-wheel adjustment mode
The handwheel is matched with a counter for precise adjustment. The parameter values can be recorded when processing various profiles; when replacing profiles, simply adjust to the recorded values to complete position setting.
- Pneumatic lifting plus electric positioning adjustment
Pneumatic lifting makes loading and unloading profiles more convenient during operation.
- Electric adjustment eliminates the need to disassemble the positioning plate when changing profiles; the positioning plate can be adjusted up and down electrically.
